Big Dan's Car Wash

Good afternoon, our experienced Sarah last week was fantastic, Isaiah the manager met us at the beginning where we pulled in and we were from out of town looking for a place to get our car sprayed off after we’ve been traveling in a snowstorm from up north. He explained in detail everything about the operation and he let us through with an assist to get our car cleaned. We went to the vacuum area and did our vacuuming and he noticed that there was a spot on our car that had not been properly done and he washed it off And then sent us back through the car wash for a second washed to make sure that everything was perfect. We never noticed the area that was missed around the license plate so we want to send a big thank you to your car wash and the staff especially Isaiah for a job well done.

Big Dans is incredible. I have a family membershipp and love every bit of their service. They even let me wash my motorcycle . Calvin is amazing! Great value nothing more. I can say about these people. Thanks for keeping me riding in style!

Great customer service! Antonio was very helpful with breaking down the options. He definitely has great customer service and this was my first impression of the car wash. I’ve been meaning to try it and decided to go today based on the reviews. Everything was stocked and functioning for the vacuum area. Plenty of vacuum cleaners. My car looks nice and clean. I also appreciated Antonio coming over to check on me after the car wash. 5 Stars because of him!

Always clean parking lot, supplies, friendly staff, reasonably prices, mat cleaning machine, truck pre clean area. Just perfect!!!!
