Great customer service! Always call ahead. If she isn't there, she is very prompt arriving at the same time as you. It didn't take her long to have me back on my way. The washout was $50, and after hours is an additional $50. Cash, card, or money codes accepted. The property owner is part of the truck parking club. There is a fee to park. However, with a washout, you can park for free

I called for a tire repair, and they said it was too cold outside to help me — understandable. The owner’s daughter, however, recommended another company. She was very polite and helpful. Thanks for your attitude 😊🙏

Very nice people....the lady that washed trailer out was very Profesional and was removing my load bars out before I had chance get to the back of the trailer....I would give this place a 100 gold stars....and the price was very reasonable depending how dirty your trailer is....call before you head over....👍👍

They did great. They live close and come as needed, in winter.. but did a great job

Easy in and out. The yard is a little messy when it's wet, but I'm thankful that they were there to have my trailer washed out before picking up in Baldwinsville.
