During the January 25th storm my car went 80 feet off the road. After AAA sent a "Bigger Towing service" (after 3 hours) They tried to Up Sell me... Big D's was called and arrived in less that an hour. They were professional and efficient. They had me back on the road in 10 minutes! They also waited around, to make sure I got the car warmed up and was on my way. I would recommend these men 100% Still very thankful.

I was severely stuck on a seasonal back road, ( Kellogg), last Saturday. I had no idea conditions had gone from snow to ice. Halfway down it, I bottomed out and was hung up on the crest of a curve. I was going NOWHERE fast. Mr. Dave came to the rescue despite the roads status. It was not easy for even a large wrecker to use this road, but he did the impossible; he showed up! After a lot of positioning and repositioning, a tow cable, I was UNSTUCK. Let me tell you, this guy was ACES. He didn’t stop trying to get me out until it happened. HE BROKE HIS BUTT with no complaints. I will be forever grateful. DAVE is THE BEST! Big D’s was excellent. I needed my car towed after it died on the road, and they arrived quicker than AAA estimated. He got the car hooked up and to the shop quickly. Very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!

Impeccable customer service. A different tow company canceled on me after waiting for 3.5 hours without even telling me just because I was in a parking garage (they didn’t even try to troubleshoot). Big D’s wasn’t able to fit in the garage either but literally put my car in neutral and pushed my car out of the garage from the second story. 10/10 recommend them, they are considerate and incredibly helpful. A NY snow storm landed me & the kids in a ditch. I was driving only 15 mph. Called AAA & had a recovery in under 60 minutes. Not to sound odd but a terrible experience landed us with the best recovery done by Big D's Auto. Kind,Respectful, prompt. I would recommend Big D's to any call.
