Big E Tire and Complete Auto Service

I was in the middle of a multi-hour trip up I-81 when I got a flat. It was around 5:30pm on a Friday, and I was super concerned about getting a tire replaced on short notice right before many places were closing. Fortunately, I called Big E and they were able to squeeze me in right before they shut down at 6pm. The staff was super professional and helpful and got me back on my way very quickly. I'd recommend the service here to anyone who lives in the area or who, like me, are passing through and in a bit of a 'jam'.

This happened a few months ago, but I was driving to NYC when my car showed the engine oil pressure warning light. It was past 6 PM and many shops said they didn't have time or couldn't help. I tried one more place, Big E, and the man (forgot the name) came out and helped. He topped up my engine oil and then explained to me how I can check the dipstick myself. This place saved me in a jam and didn't even charge me anything. That type of help is probably telling of how they treat other customers, would definitely recommend!

This Big E respects your time and works with you on your schedule. They got my car in quicker than any one else could at this busy time around the holidays. They really helped me out fixing my van so quickly and efficiently. Thanks Rich and all the hard working mechanisms at this location.

These dudes saved me. I blew a tire 200 miles from home, went to another shop first that couldn’t get my run flat off because they didn’t have the right equipment. These dudes got it off in like 10 min and replaced the tire for a good price.
