So… Where do I start? I initially put in an application and they pulled my credit. They told me I was approved and that the vehicle was available. So I Uber to the dealership and when I got there they told me the car was not there even though I was told it was and was ready to put the down payment of 2500. When I initially arrived to the dealership, I told them I spoke with Evan and then I spoke with Andrew, and they were acting as if they didn’t know who either of those people were. Come to find out I was speaking with Andrew and Evan was right across the room. But for some reason, didn’t want to straight up tell me who they were! Weird right?? Then they told me that the car wasn’t there that it would be back at 6:00 PM that afternoon and that I could come in the next day and pick it up.

Do not offer buy here pay here. don't have the cars listed, run your credit and try to use that to deflect on the dishonest advertising. I know how buy here pay here works.. drove a hour to be told the car was sold after I called and verified 2 hours earlier... ran my credit and was told they couldn't offer IN HOUSE Finance because of whats on credit because they dont have the cars advertised. Time was wasted so be aware if you truly know what buy here pay here is. Just lies.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. My entire experience was horrible. The unprofessionalism and miscommunication were awful. I had traveled three hours for a vehicle I was told I was approved for, only to be told something completely different when I got to the dealership. This was incredibly frustrating due to the lengthy travel time and wasted time. Not only was I not approved for the vehicle I came to pick up, but the vehicles I was told I could look at were not even at the dealership. The inconsideration and disrespect were unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Big Jays was amazing! Nick greeted us in the parking lot and helped us til we drove off the lot. Nick couldn’t have been greater and honestly every guy in the place treated us like family! We walked in a bit on edge and ended up not wanting to leave. Thank you for an awesome transaction! A+++++
