Jay and his assistant went above and beyond with putting on my brakes. They were efficient and very thorough. Will definitely use them when I need maintenance done.

Big Jays communication was on point and service was prompt. Contacted them about replacing an alternator at 8:00 this morning. Car was back running a couple hours later. Definitely will be using them again in the future for more mechanic work.

Jay has been amazing. Firstly, he showed up early with his assistant. His calm,professional and funny demeanor calmed my stressed out nerves. My car was "undriveable" for weeks. I went to an auto shop with several issues, car was dying constantly whenever it was parked for a few days. New battery and alternator in March. The same day I picked up the car from the auto shop, they had to give me a jump start to go home. Talk about being frustrated. I was referred to "friends of friends " mechanics. They either didn't communicate or just didn't show up after the initial conversation. Let me say this categorically, Jay will be my mechanic as of now. Especially since he's mobile. I was leaking water and my car was running hot I needed a cylinder head gasket replaced with a thermostat an Mr Jay came assessed my vehicle and took it an brought it back in two days and my car was back running good as new I didn’t have all the money either but he was very kind enough to work out a payment plan with me so I could get it fixed and be able to still work I appreciate him for the help and I would bet my bottom dollar that this man going to get anyone’s vehicle and get it right and in a timely manner communication is all key with him with Mr Jay and I would use him again for any type of car trouble this man literally save me and my kids from being car less I really appreciate you and your service
