I’m from NC and was staying at a campground in Elizabethton, TN. Had an issue with our refrigerator and Big Jerm’s came the day after I called. It turns out the fridge needed significant repair that wasn’t possible in a mobile setting before I had to head home. Jeremy and team are helping me with the paperwork I need to continue the repair at my dealer back home. I so appreciate the responsiveness, ability to diagnose a complex issue, and their willingness to help me get information over to another location so the repair work can continue.
