Big John’s definitely took care of me! My car was stolen by a teenager and wrecked. They got my car in the very next day, had an estimate ready quickly, and got my repairs done before they were even supposed to be completed. Every conversation I had with these folks was pleasant and informative, They accommodated me in every way. Not only did my car look great when I got it back, but they even detailed the inside of it. Amazing experience.. 10/10 would recommend.

Nicest guys off I-35 North! 🙌🏼 We popped a tire and randomly pulled into Big John’s—turns out it’s a paint and body shop, not even a tire place, and they still helped us out. Quick, easy tire swap and seriously kind people. Super grateful!

I had a fantastic experience at Big John’s. I had my Dodge Charger sideswiped and was concerned that the unique color might not match after the repair. However, the work they did was incredible. They not only matched the color perfectly but also made my car look very nice and glossy. It looks brand new again! I’m so happy with the results.

The paint and body work on my truck turned out very well. The finish looks good, and I was happy with the cosmetic results. Unfortunately, my experience that was disappointing. When it came to suspension issues, there was little to no concern shown. Instead of properly diagnosing or addressing the problem, they bring out a computer and start deleting fault codes without fixing the underlying issues. Communication became rushed, and it felt like the focus shifted to personal vacation plans rather than completing the job thoroughly. Ultimately, I was told to take the truck elsewhere rather than have the issue resolved. While I can recommend this shop for paint and body work only, I would not rely on them if it was something that relies on mechanical or suspension related concerns. They we

Great place to get your vehicle repaired. It took them a week and 3 days of work days. They said it would take 2 weeks. My vehicle was also DIRTY. They took the initiative to even spray the vehicle clean. They're nice & great people. Amazing husband & wife business. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! 💪🏽🔥
