Big Kahuna Car Wash - Columbia

Wanted to use the vacuums but the machine wouldn’t take my dollar. Went to the coin machine and it ate my dollar with no coins coming out. Tried another one and it spit my dollar out. Granted, they have signs saying they aren’t responsible for lost money. Took my chance on a dollar and lost it. Why even have change machines that do not work? Oh, to get free money! Looks like lots of people lose money here.

I wish I didn't have to give y'all 1 star by far the worst car wash. You were always a good place. When you swipe your card it charges you $10 you don't get but 2-3 minutes so you still have soap all over your car and it won't let you swipe again or add more time. You go and try and get change for your bills and it takes your money. I put in $6 and got coins then a gentleman had one of the coin machines next to me take $10 while I was getting my change.. I used all of the $6 I had and on the last round of adding coins it took $2 and didn't add anymore time to my rinse. You can see on the cameras I'm 100% sure since you say you have cameras I had to take bottles of water to rinse off my SUV because I wasn't going to change anymore dollars to coins to rinse my SUV. Do better!!!

I tried to use the touchless car wash this evening. Selected the one I wanted, did tap to pay, heard a beep on the car machine......then nothing. Tried it again, same thing........$24 I lost tonight. Never will I go to this car wash again. It used to be my go to, but it has gone to crap.

This place deserves 0 stars honestly. When you tell them merchant what's your issue is and they try to back themselves up with excuses to explain what went wrong. Here in the photos is the conversation between us. 1-6 reasons they gave me I totally understand. But number 7th comment they provided was tremendously rude and uncalled for. I'm sorry, do you want to make money? Multiple people have had this issue that I now see and your attitude towards costumers is ridiculous and unecessary. You're all about "Read the signs read the signs you didn't read the signs. Our contact is by the big entrance. Obviously you swiped your card twice. Charged me $10 to vacuum my car. Says $1, but charges you $10. No phone number to call either. Rip off place. The car wash down the street washes and vacuum your car for $10. Big kahuna charges $10 just to vacuum. No way of calling to dispute charge. Stay away from them.
