When faced with a small leak in the front left tire of my wife’s 2024 Kia Sportage, I chose Big Mac’s for the repair. For $20, and in 15 minutes, they pulled a broken screw that was the culprit and patched that spot - plus while they had it on their rack they checked the other 3 tires and found another screw in the tread of a different tire that had not yet caused a problem. I don’t know of another tire place that would have even thought to look at the other tires. They deserve a 6th star for that! Great job!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place! Very unorganized & very slow paced. I came in as a walk in for an alignment, some lady at the front desk told me I would have to wait for another customer to be serviced before I could even be assisted so I was confused because the other customer didn’t even have an appointment scheduled & they wasn’t even there but she told me since they called and said they were on the way I would have to wait until they arrived at the building first before I could get my car serviced. This is ridiculous to wait on a walk in to get serviced before another walk in that’s physically inside the building!
