Went in for oil change tire rotation and transmission drain and fill. I Went to pick up and pay which the total was $310 which I thought was reasonable for what I asked for. I leave without looking over receipt drive car away and notice oil change light still on so I check oil notice it was never changed and look over the receipt better and all that was done on my car was a transmission flush. I never asked for a transmission flush and even corrected the lady on the phone before I took my car in that I wanted a drain and fill with oil change and tire rotation. Besides the point of not getting what I wanted done I was charged $310 for a flush which is very high most shops charge around $200. I call the shop and leave a voicemail stating my concerns on not getting what I asked for and still

After a few recommendations I had Big Mike's take a look at the family roadster before a long trip this Summer. Provided me a detailed report as the current condition and what needs to be addressed. Had them do my brakes, oil change and air filter, and tire rotation. Highly recommend as they were honest about what needed to be done! Even provided me a loaner for the day!

I am extremely pleased with the work big Mikes did on my Toyota Tundra. The timing chain tensioners we’re rattling to the point I didn’t know how much longer it would last before catastrophic failure. I am very particular about who works on my truck because I usually do my own work but big Mike’s staff fixed my truck so it runs like new.
