Big O Tires

We went on Saturday 12/20 to get an oil change for our Toyota Highlander. The crew on staff told us they would call us upon completion. 3 hours passed and no phone call, we had to call them, and they said they "forgot" to call us. The next day we went into Farmington and our car gave a pop-up warning that it was low on oil. We stopped at Auto Zone and found that ALL of the oil had leaked out due to their negligence! They over tightened everything to the point of stripping out the drain cap plug filter and left it like that, we ended up having to replace the entire oil cap assembly! We had go spend almost as much as we did on the oil change service to put oil back in it & be able to get back home from Farmington. I haven't been going to big 0 for years. They are always very helpful in conscientious of what's got to be done to your vehicle. Granted their very expensive to get anything fixed there.Unless it's minor things like a front end alignment.But even the oil changes are expensive. The last time I took my car in to get oil changed it was eighty dollars. However, they're very thorough. When it comes to checking your vehicle for problems and troubleshooting. There are some things they cannot fix.For example, I have a hyundai santa fe that needed the wastegate adjusted, and they cannot do that.They require you go to a dealer.

I have been a long time customer of Aztec Big O... They always do great work and this evening was a plus! I had nails in both of my rear tires, and had to be somewhere for a school event. Jonah got me in and out in 30 minutes with both tires repaired free of charge and I was off. Thank you for your excellent customer service, as always!

Great place. They always take care of your tire and service needs. I blew out a trailer tire and I went in there they had the tire and it was a good price. And they got me fixed up and back on the road fast!

Checked in my car @ 12 said 30mins to patch rear passenger end. 12:45pm I noticed several employees hover over 1 employee as he removed my driver side tire. At this point, I’ve had enough. If you can’t read a description, how can I trust you to patch a tire. They were removing a perfect tire at that! When I approached the several men to make it known it was the wrong tire, they laughed! And pointed at each other as if it’s a joke. To operate a motor vehicle holds responsibility. If I had crashed and hurt myself or another family , these individuals wouldn’t be held liable. I highly recommend making the commute to Farmington,NM Big-O
