Big O Tires

Lost a bolt out of my brake caliper. They took the wheel off to check for damage and got me back on the road in record time. I have used Big O before. Great hardworking and curtious crew. They do the job right and very honest. Great tires grest service!!

Came in from South Dakota and got a flat along the way. Wanted to get my tire repaired and remounted so my spare was available for the long trip back. Matt & team fit me in quickly, got my punctured tire repaired, and made sure I was able to have my spare available to get my family home safely on the journey home. Friendly, fast, quality work! Don’t go here if you’re a woman:) they will overcharge you. quoted me over 1k for something I didn’t even ask for (came in for an oil change) and a place in Livingstin quoted me less than $500 for the same thing.

I've been bringing all my vehicles to Big O Tire for years I recently bought a truck I brought it in because it was leaking oil they called an said they found the leak an what all they needed to do to stop it .I was Quoted 1.600$ I asked if that would fix the problem an he assured me it would so I told them go ahead and fix it after waiting for all the parts I brang it in an kept it for 6days witch was fine .I went an got it an said it was 2.200 that was alot more then my quote they split the difference so I paid 1.800$ when I got my truck I didn't even make it home check engine light came on started smoking again so I brang it back an tightened everything up an explained how it was just left over oil burning off the block that was a relief but I needed a oxygen sensor an a new shock since
