Big O Tires

Brought my wife's vehicle in for tires. Spoke to Landon and he provided me an itemized bill/quote. Prices were on par with other tires shops. What makes them stand apart is attention to detail. 4 days prior to having tires installed, i had my vehicle at the dealer for an inspection to renew the lifetime powertrain warranty. They claimed the car was all good but..... Landon and his crew found a torn cv boot, a leaking shock, and deteriorated lower control arm bushings. I guess the dealership didn't want my business. Gratefully for their inspection and eye for detail. Ill be back soon for tires on my other toyotas. Thank you again. A very satisfied customer.

This was my first time using this location. I called ahead and Daniel did a fabulous job answering all my questions. We ordered the tires and I stopped by later in the week to have them installed. The showroom floor has plenty of seats with complimentary water, coffee and popcorn. Bathrooms are located near the showroom as well. Daniel did a great job. I have used a different national competitor for the past 19 years. I took advantage of the Presidents Day buy three get one free sale. I felt like I got a fair price on the tires and service. I will be back.

I was in several years ago for an alignment issue on my truck. They were very helpful and quick in letting me know the problem and repairing it. Recently I needed a golf cart tire swapped out and they were quick and the price point was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

I would say this place is really amazing! Especially the people working here are experienced and professional. Daniel the front Manager was very supportive and Mechanic Leo did an amazing job for my oil change today in my Toyota RAV4. I suggest everyone to visit this place and experience the great service!

All the five star must be there family and friends, 😂. I was told it wouldn’t take long so I decided to wait at the shop and end up waiting almost 4 hours. In between I ask when it will be done they keep saying soon and I don’t see anyone changing anything on my tire . They should keep customers informed of the situation so they don’t have to wait 4 hours . I also was charge $25.00 for express delivery fee (. Hellooo what express delivery) took 4 hours and you call that an express service . Y’all need to get your business together before you lose even the few customers yall have.
