I went in for an overfill of my oil and a stutter that just needed a throttle check and reset, and they tried to nickel and dime me to oblivion and kept trying to change parts completely unrelated to the issue, and as someone who built engines as an engineer, I thought that was sleazy. Victor I didn’t like that and I wouldn’t recommend any of my people and or colleagues support yall ever. Also you were condescending like I didn’t know what I was sayin, and I thought I’d include that here too! All the best!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires this Sunday. The staff was very friendly and professional. They quickly found and removed a nail from my tire, repaired it in about 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge me for the service. We’ve been here before, and they always provide excellent service. Highly recommend this shop!

You have to be clear with what you need, the younger guys are alot more polite then the older ones, as how most shops work. Over priced labor cuz corporate is greedy. All and all the boys get the job done, does take awhile. My whips running smooth tho.
