Big O Tires

I had an appointment To purchase tires and forgot that I needed an oil change. They happily accommodated time for my oil change at the same time so I didn’t have to return for a second appointment. They answered all my questions regarding my tire purchase. I am quite pleased with their services.

Evan was incredibly efficient during our check-in process. Although we experienced a bit of a wait—understandable given the first-come, first-served policy—once we got in, Evan took great care of us. He completed everything in just 15 minutes, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Evan, for making our experience a pleasant one!

Stellar Customer Service. Recently I had a flat tire on my truck and went in to get it fixed. James on the front desk helped me get my car in right away and although the tire needed to be replaced, the process was easy and I had it explained to me well. I felt I got a good price for the fix and would come back to this business again if I had any trouble

These guys attempted to fix a TPMS light that was really stubborn. I had to come back several times and then they simply refunded me the money. Great guys. I highly suggest this business.

This visit too big O was seamless they took me in and started right away and was in and out fast. James and staff were extremely friendly and made sure we were taken care of If I could give them a 10 I would highly recommend doing business with this shop.
