Big O Tires

I had to buy two new rear tires less than a few pay checks ago and it cost me $273, which I didn't have at the time so I charged it to my credit card. I came back because there was a srcew in one of my tires but unfortunately they could not patch it up because the angle the screw came in so I would have to buy a new tire. I expressed to them that I it was recently purchased but even though I was a reccuring customer they didn't care. I thought they would be more helpful since their customer service is usually pretty good but I still had to pay for a new tire.

I love this place! I'm a female that knows very little about cars and these guys have taken great care of me! I bought tires from them and once a month I go in so that they can check my tire pressure for free, they rotate my tires every 6 months for free, and I think oil changes are 40ish dollars. One time my engine light came on and I wasn't sure why so I took it there. They ran the code and found out it was a loose spark plug, and they fixed it for free. I only have one complain, I bought windshield wipers from them and they were great for a few months, but one of them melted at the tip over the summer and when I told them about it they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that I have never felt cheated or mistreated. I would definitely recommend them :)

Got help right away. Took 40 minutes for 2 front tires. They didn't have the tire they initially priced me for in stock and upgraded me to better tires for the same price. Major kudos to Aaron m. for providing quality customer service.

Aaron and Jacob took very good care of my tire problem and quickly as well. Aaron was especially good at working with an unhappy customer. I was very pleased with the service.

Can't recommend enough. I blew an exhaust clamp off on a Friday night and they were the only place opena nd willing to fix it for me on Saturday (not from around here). They got me in right away and barely charged me anything
