I was down the street at Americas Best Tire in Dublin, CA, but I left because I stood there for 20 minutes in line and no one even greeted me. At Big O Tires, I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. He got me in right away and they were able to repair my tire. They had me back on the road safely in 30 minutes. Excellent service! I’ll definitely come back if I need to purchase tires.

Exceptional service, and they do a lot more than sell tires. I say exceptional because they keep it simple amd don't try to sell me unnecessary things. I always get towed here if it is that serious, no matter where I am in the bay area. Whatever they fixed stays fixed. Friendly staff, coffee, tv in waiting room. Love this store, never a bad decision to come here, worth the drive.
