Big O Tires Elizabethtown - Dixie Hwy

We went to our regular VW dealership in Louisville for a continuous slow leak in our tire and spent close to two hours when they came and told us they couldn’t find the issue. The problem persisted so I scheduled an appointment at Big O Tires in Etown and they had the problem identified and fixed in less than 30 minutes! Outstanding! Highly recommend!

I came in to get a flat tire fixed and had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly and took care of the tire quickly. I really appreciated how easy and stress free they made the whole process.

The team was very friendly and welcoming! We were able to walk-in the vehicle and it was taken care of within the hour. They answered all our questions concerning the wheel studs and lugs possibly stripped. They inspected them quickly and gave us an assessment soon after. We truly felt we were the focus of the team, although they were serving multiple customers at the same time!
