Big O Tires

Being from out of state, I experienced severe cold weather that affected my car. I was directed to Big O Tires for assistance with a non-tire repair. They were able to assess and fix the issue with my window shield wipers. I desperately needed to have these functioning to travel safely. They did this at no cost to me! Al and Dominic were my guardian angels to help me feel safe again!

Been here several times. Good every time. People always nice. Loved watching the mechanics work in a very team oriented environment. So nice talking with them They clearly, fully explain what they found, what is needed and whether or when they can get you in as well as the amount of time it will take! They were spot on! Bonus they were much less than I was quoted elsewhere in a better timeframe as well. Pleased with the service overall, again!

Took my sister to get her drivers side mirror fixed & they estimated 30 minutes. They did it in 10!!! Their customer service was amazing & was 100% one of the best experiences ever. WILL BE BACK! :)

Came to town for work and while traveling I sometimes ride my bike around. 2 miles into riding I got a flat tire. After walking for 30min back to my hotel I stopped at BigO to see if they could patch my tube. Being a bike tire they couldn't, so they directed me next door to Acedemy to a source a new tube. After I got back, they went above and beyond to help me with tools etc and provided great customer service as they where approaching closing time. The team that works at Big O are professional and provide great service no matter the situation. Thanks again!!!

I called last minute and they got my jeep in and fixed it within the hour. They did an excellent job and didn't try to sell me a lot of parts that I didn't need. I called around Enid for quotes and everyone was pretty much all the same price range. I would recommend Big O 👌
