Big O Tires

These guys are fantastic. Came over because I was super stressed. I was gonna have to replace all my tires. The last two places had told me that I would have to do that but these guys fixed the tire for 20 bucks. I can’t tell you how much these guys helped me - Great people - I just had to sit back and relax and let them work their magic. They all deserve a raise, and I will definitely be getting my tires from these guys in the near future.

We’ve been BigO customers for about 15 years. We’re so impressed by their business model that they’re our first choice for services. Everyone is always so friendly, they take their time to get to know you, and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. We, also, appreciate their honesty when they think we might be better off taking our vehicle to the dealer because of pricing. This has only happened a couple of times when it’s something that may be covered by warranty. Thank you BigO for keeping our family safe over the years!

You'll have to go to this location if you're having any issues with your tires your brakes anything if your car is making a weird sound they will figure it out ASAP!! I went to a different location who wanted to charge me $300 to buff out my rotors yet couldn't figure out the actual issue it said the sound it was making was normal. At the end of the day this is where you need to go!!!

It saddens me I have to write this, I went to this location August 7th 2024 for alignment. I was charged the standard fee $175 for the service. At no point was I told they could not handle my truck, an “would do they best” as Dan just told me over the phone. They did the job an I left an had new tires mounted cause they said they couldn’t mount 26s… Today is August 27th 2024, an my brand new tires lasted 20 days, roughly 7k miles… An are now currently ate up awfully an I’m currently replacing them an getting another alignment while in Dallas. Obviously I didn’t get what I paid for in the form of alignment an Dan flat out refused to help in any capacity. So save yourself a headache, new tires, an your money. Go elsewhere where they will at least tell you from the beginning they can or c
