Big O Tires

I had a great experience at Big O Tires in Fountain Hills. I had come in due to nail in one of my tires, and the dealership had told me I "needed" to replace for $500. Which really meant 2 new tires, and $1000. Big O fixed my tire up quick, professional, and saved me a ton of money in the process. Highly recommended. They have won my trust and future business, that’s for sure.

I highly recommend Jason and his crew at Big O Tires. We're new customers and the service we have gotten on new tires and other services has been outstanding. We had used another shop in Fountain Hills once and only once and there is such a huge night-and-day difference between that other place and Big O Tires. And Big O has always been polite, courteous, and helpful anytime my wife or her son bring their cars in. Her son actually drives all the way from Gilbert to get his car serviced at Big O. That is saying a lot. Good job guys!

Overall very disappointed. I scheduled a appointment with them for them to look at my brakes and get a Oil change. I had to wait 1 week for the appointment. When I arrived it was clear they were overbooked. After waiting 1 hr in the waiting room, they said I was ready. I asked so what's the noise from my brakes? You have plenty of pad left, so, I dont know. I waited 1 week for that. Last time I'll go here. What's the point of having an appointment if your going to overbook yourself and not have time for the people with appointments? Atleast they changed my oil, that's why they get 1 star. Extremely dissatisfied, to say the least.

Always appreciate Tom & Jason. Got my tires ordered, and when they arrived they set an appointment up for the next morning. I belong to Costco and I have a Discount tire around the corner. I saved at least $500 on the same quality of tire. And Big O tires serve every area that I drive. I have been a customer of Big O for 18 years now!

Tom and the guys here are top notch. I called about getting some golf cart tires mounted on new rims and they got me done in less than a day! Can't recommend them enough.
