Finding honest, high-quality auto service and tires is hard to find nowadays, but this team has earned my trust and respect. My mechanic is incredibly skilled and has done numerous jobs on my vehicle— he’s even gone as far as repairing sub-par work done by other shops. A special shout-out to Dustin at the front; his customer service is truly out of this world. I took my car to get fixed my reduce engine power kept coming on the workers looked at my car and called and told me what was going on with it and what it was gonna cost so I had them fix it few days later the same alert pops back up I took my car back to them. They looked at it again and told me that it was best to take it to a dealership to see what’s going on with the computer inside the car so at this point I’m asking can I get my money back because they didn’t fix the car like they should have the same code popping up well the manager there was saying that he didn’t really know what was going on he knew some of it but needed a better understanding so he went to the back and talked to the and came back out to me and he was like we’re not gonna keep your money from you, That’s not how w

Visited the Big O Tire shop in Georgetown KY while visiting from out of town. Had something in my tire resulting in a rapid leak. Tim was very helpful in getting us in and tire plugged in a very timely fashion. Shop waiting area was clean and Tim was very friendly. I was out the door and back on the road - free of charge! Great service!!

This location has a huge sign on door "10% discount for first responders and military" My husband and I had a blow out, had car towed here. I was given several estimates for a set of four tires. Before selecting tires and price, i inquired about the 10% as my husband is a disabled veteran. I was told yes you are eligible for the discount. I then decided on getting only two tires. When we picked the vehicle up, at that moment we were told. The discount at BIG O TIRES doesnt apply as much to tires. You get the full discount for "other work".... such as oil change and brakes. He says it takes a little off for tires. After he told me, we qualified for the 10% when i selected the tires. When we came to pay, presented military ID, and pick up car, we received 1%.... literally. This is KY so im

Very nice staff and quick service. Despite being slightly overbooked, they got our tire repair done quickly because we didn't bring a second car; we were waiting in the lobby. They actually charged us less than they quoted us because the tire repair was a cheaper problem to fix than initially thought.
