Big O Tires

I had went in about 10 months ago for alignment and to fix a part. About a week ago I had came back in because only one of my tires was showing wires. Not to mention I had went somewhere else the day before I got the alignment to get new tires. They told me it wasn’t their fault that it was mine for not rotating the tires which multiple shops had basically laughed at the fact they said that. Then they said it was because my subframe was shifted and said they couldn’t fix it and that I had to go else where. So I went to another shop and they said it was not at all my subframe being shifted but because the alignment. Then they proceeded to say alignment can’t cause any parts to go bad. Also said their alignment machine can’t do what others can. So in the end they sent me through a rabbit hol

Super quick! I had company in town and they had a nail in one of their tires and we stopped by hoping to get it fixed sometime that weekend. It was fixed a couple hours later and the staff were super nice!

Justin and the team did a fantastic job with my travel trailer. I called up early in the morning, and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived, they jumped right on it it did a fantastic job replacing all the tires and getting everything put back together. As promised, they did it as soon as I arrived, since I had an 11-hour trip ahead of me. Thanks again for the quick and excellent service!

I had gotten all new tires (5) and all new brakes, rotors, and calipers all around. I had asked the associate to talk to the tech about my parking brake and not long after he had come to talk to me about an issue with it. It was a very timely manner and was able to fix the issue with no problem and had the parts on hand. The people was very nice. This location was busy but everything seemed to run smoothly. For everything that I had gotten with the new parts and tires it didn't take half as long as I was expecting it to. I believe 2.5 hrs at most. And the price for it all was great! Not as expensive as a dealership would be. I will definitely return in the future! 10 of 10!
