My husband recently had four snow tires installed at Big O Tires and was very happy with the service. When my car showed a low tire pressure warning, he told me to go to to the Big O Tires in Heber, that they were really friendly. The service was excellent, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. We had a snow storm and I was unable to change my tires over due to my work schedule. I went to Big O Tires and the manger Mr Sanchez managed to fit me in before closing hours. The guys at Big O were friendly and professional. I took my twins with me and they haven me an estimate of 1.5 hours. They were able to get me out of there faster than estimated and they were kind about my having my little kids with me. It was overall a great experience and will be isn’t them again.
