Big O Tires

Yesterday I had new tires put on my Corvette. I’m happy that everything went well. I specifically requested tires that were two years old or newer and Daniel came through with tires manufactured within the last year. He even offered me a ride home when I indicated I would have to walk the three miles to my home rather than wait the three hours it would take to get the tires delivered to the shop - but since it was a beautiful day I thanked him and made the trip on the hoof. Well done to Big O and my special thanks to Daniel for going the “extra mile”. Recommend Big O for your business.

Excellent service. I came in to replace my front passenger tire. They had the size I needed at a great price. The quoted me, did the work and replaced my tire within an hour. No hidden fees, everything was straight up from the beginning. $77 for the tire, $40 for labor and $22 for shop supplies/taxes. I am very happy with the work they did. I will definitely be coming back to have my other tires replaced here. I highly recommend this specific location

Made an appt for a suspension check. Check in was quick and staff pleasant. Asked how long the visit would take and was told about 25 minutes. Waited 30 minutes for the vehicle to be taken back, and another 30 or so for them to do checks. They asked me to come back to see a few things, put in a missing bolt for free and then I was done. Really nice staff, didn't try to upsell me, which was refreshing! Things to note: Even with an appt the wait will be longer than you think. The TVs in the waiting room should be muted, both on different stations and loud enough to compete with one another is terrible! Came in with a slow leak on a rental after being out about 50 miles outside of town. With a flight to catch in under 2 hours, Matt made a great effort to fit me in even though they were clearly busy. They were able to patch the tire quickly. Super helpful, professional, and got me back on the road with no hassle. Really appreciate the great service.
