Showed up last evening at about 5:40 PM before they close at 6 PM and the gentleman at the counter (whose name I didn’t get) was super friendly and helpful. He told me he would take care of me which was much appreciated as the shop down the street said they were not able to. I had a low tire with an obvious nail in it. Tony the technician on duty took great care of my Audi, getting it all straightened out within about 20 to 25 minutes. They stayed open until almost 6:30 PM helping me out. Can’t thank them enough!

Alex and Jeff at the Huntington Beach location were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. While my car knowledge is fairly limited, they took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walk me through my options, and provide honest quotes along with practical safety advice—especially regarding my balding tires, which I likely wouldn’t have noticed on my own. I came here for an unexpected tire replacement that needed to be during a long drive to the beach. I got an alignment done at the same time. The staff were very professional, even though I was a walk in. The whole process was very smooth and they answered all the questions I had.
