Big O Tires

I’ve always like Big O tires and even recommended them to others. Not so much anymore. I was told I needed new all shocks and brakes. Took it for a second opinion and though I needed front shocks, a brake job was not needed. Now I’m wondering, if I really needed new tires on a different vehicle, on a previous visit, though they showed me slight cupping. On another previous visit, they pulled my car up with new tires but they were the wrong ones, but the cheaper brand. so be careful and scrutinized their recommendations. Get a second opinion.

The customer service here is remarkable!! I felt I could trust these guys from the moment I walked in the open back door. I had experienced a blowout and needed a new tire. I was given 2 choices regarding what they had in stock. I made my choice, and my car was taken into a bay immediately. My 2 cats were in the car. Wow, you should have seen these big, masculine he-men melt at the sight of them. These employees are exceptional. I asked "Joe" if Big-O job candidates are required to take personality tests before being hired. He said they weren't. I asked how they could provide such excellent customer service, and he said, "It's easy when you have a boss who's good to you. He encourages us to be our best." I purchased a van from my girlfriend and it the Abs light showing. Took the car to several mechanics to get it checked out and were told it was not something to worry about. Well we were having brakes checked for a squeaky wheel and they told us that the front drive train was bent and needed replacement. Thank you to the diligence of the folks at Big o in Las Cruces they were able to find the problem , and have repaired her. Cannot download picture

Got my front left tyre changed today. Outstanding and helpful customer service, especially Becky and Nicky. Very happy with the product.

I am glad to have done business with Big-O tires, which to my surprise serviced more than tires. I got the motors on my windows replaced within two days, but the best part was the staffs exceptional customer service!
