I appreciated the honesty! I took a second vehicle for tire rotation and wheel alignment. I highly recommend Big O Tires for anyone needing brakes, tires or tire services. This location and the people that work here are amazing. Les Schwab told me I would need to replace my flat because it wasn’t repairable. I came here and was prepared to buy a new tire when they told me it could fixed. I was so grateful AND they stayed past closing so I could get my tire fixed before I left on my road trip. 5 out of 5 would recommend them!

NEVER AGAINN NEVER AGAIN. I came her to have them give me a quote on my tie rod being broken explained the problem the said let us look at it. WAITED almost 1 hour with an empty LOBBY NO OTHER CARs EVEN IN THE BAY. They came out after I went and bugged them and they were like “oh yeah, we didn’t find anything” little did they know this was my second stop so I already knew there was damage. I asked did you guys even look at all the tie rods? He looked at me puzzled. Yeah we didn’t find anything???? Anyways now I’m at the BIG O in pleasant grove fixing that tie rod. That “LEHI” couldn’t locate. Which me a non mechanic could tell it was broken before I went anywhere. Never again will I go there even though they are closer! Always go to brian in pleasant grove! SHUT THAT LOCATION DOWN. This

I can’t say enough good about Big O-Lehi. The team there is so incredible and Ramon is one of the coolest and kindest service men that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He saw that I had an issue, he addressed it directly for me. And got us back on the road right away. I’ve been coming here for years and I just had to come on and give them a stellar review because they’ve always tried to take the very best care of me and my family.

I went to Big O for a flat repair. I wasn’t expecting to be serviced so quickly as I have had long waits at other tire stores but not here! They were very courteous and quick in getting my car back on the road. This is my second interaction with this store and in both cases I received excellent customer service! I will be returning for my future tire needs.
