Big O Tires

Excellent service! We had a tire blow out after hitting a curb and took it to Big O Tires. They got us in very quickly and immediately diagnosed the issue. While checking everything over, they also found that our brake pads needed replacement — something we definitely needed to know. The staff was very friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. They even offered a military discount, which we really appreciated. Great service and great people. Highly recommend!

As someone newish to the area with no family in the state, leaving work to a flat tire was not something I was excited to see. Googled places to repair/replace tires after airing my flat and seeing a screw lodged in my tread and this place had great reviews and was not far. Walked in and told the guy up front, Javon, what was going on, he got my info and Jeremy got my car right back. I felt awful as they were so close to closing but they never once made me feel awful AND they were able to repair my tire before closing time. The kindness and efficiency shown was impeccable. If you need somewhere to take your vehicle, I could not recommend this place enough!

Phenomenal service today. The front desk worker Javon was extremely nice and helpful and was doing everything he could to make my experience easier. If you’re a college student looking to save money on car repairs, I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Amazing prices for replacement tires as well!

Jahvon (works at the front) is open and honest and clear about diagnosis and problems. My truck had a lot of custom rim specific problems. They kept me informed through the whole process and were always courteous. Praise the good Lord! Thanks, Big O Tires and Jahvon!

Visiting from out of town for the weekend. I had 2 nails in a tire and unable to be fixed. Made an appointment at 9 however went in as a walk in at open. Terrance was great. Very welcoming and accommodating. I did have my dog with me as well. We were able to wait in the waiting area. Sophie was able to also able to give some “dog therapy” to the guys working in the garage. I was in and out within an hour. And able to hit the road back home to Knoxville TN.
