My experience was a bit disappointing mainly due to the communication around wait times. I was told it would take about an hour, which I was completely fine with since I had just walked in. I understand delays can happen, and I don’t mind waiting — I just wish the timing had been communicated more honestly. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I asked for an update and was told my car was “next,” but it hadn’t even been brought back yet. That’s when I decided to politely ask for my keys back. I later realized I wasn’t the only one in this situation, as other customers had also been given similar time estimates. Went in for a front end alignment which went very well. In addition, we started talkin batteries and the checked both batteries and cleaned them up. Very Good Service with the techs and ownership.

First time coming here and will deff be back super fast service. Had tire rotated checked all breaks and suspension and greased up everything and got break fluid changed
