Bill at Big O Tires in Longmont provided outstanding assistance to me when I came in with a flat tire recently. He explained the repair process and showed me the sharp 2 1/2 inch bolt that caused the damage. The tire was fixed shortly thereafter and I was ready to go. I stopped by Big On Tires in Longmont thus morning for a screw that was in my tire and was greeted/helped by Cris G. He was friendly and attentive. I had a small child with me, Cris was patient and understanding. I've been going to this location for many years and have always received outstanding customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I have been a customer of this specific store for almost 10 years. The owner of this store is one of the most caring people you will find. I showed up with a tire issue and found out my truck did not have a spare. I did not have the funds for a set of new tires, but they put a new tire on my truck just to get me through until I was able to replace all four tires. They made sure I was safe and that my truck was completely roadworthy. Absolutely best customer service.

30+ year customer. Always very happy with price and service. (I shop, just no point going elsewhere when I get the tire I want at a great price.) Had my first free nail removed and tire repaired this morning. No appointment. 2 nails and 25 minutes later I was back on the road. Staff was great! Thank you very much.

Easy same-day booking for a flat tire repair and tire rotation service. Showed up and Cris got me squared away without any issues. In addition they topped off my windshield fluid. Super kind staff and fast service. Bonus - I got a shank pulled out of my tire!
