Big O Tires

I had a great experience at Big O Tires. I came in close to closing time with a tire issue, and they still took the time to help me without hesitation. They repaired my tire for free, were incredibly fast, and everyone was friendly and professional. It’s rare to find customer service like that, especially at the end of the day. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend!

I came in because of a leak and I got taken care of by Arturo Morachiz. What great costumer service. Since I walked in, to helping me at counter and guiding me. He explained in detail what the issue was and blessed me. I am very pleased with his customer service. I will be making this my go to store from now on. No doubt about it. Been going to the Los Lunas store for over 9 years and purchased at least 5 sets of tires by now. Each and every time the service has been outstanding! The manager (Arturo) is not only kind and helpful but brings decades of experience to the table. Doesn't over sell and finds the best deal for you. Big O is lucky to have such a great team. Had an amazing experience at this location. I was driving on a spare tire after my front tire went flat. When I checked, I saw the valve detached from the tire and assumed it was broken and needed replacement tires. Jason offered to take a look and quickly realized the tire was repairable. He and his team fixed the flat and swapped out the spare at NO COST. I am grateful for their kindness and help.
