Big O Tires

Austin was very patient in explaining why my 2007 Honda Pilot needed lower control arm replacements. The work was done way quicker than I expected. I feel much safer driving now. I came in for an alignment and didn’t expect this issue, but they took great care of me. This business is ran very efficiently and I will be returning!

Colin was great to work with. I had shown up 30 minutes before the store even opened, they were nice enough to take my info and keys. Was able to get my truck in and gotten a new tire and everything in a timely manner. Very great service! Thanks again

It will be a long review but all that happened the day went to go get my tires I went to the Big o tires in Frankfort, because they had called and said my tires were ready. But come to find out after waiting almost 3 hours we got tired of waiting and we came up to the dude at the front desk and asked if we could just outright by the tires, so he went to the back and check to go find my tires and waited about another 10 minutes and he came back out and said the tires weren't even there so we asked where are they and they said they're in Louisville right now at this Big o tires that I'm writing a review of currently so then we came here and thank God we did because it was fast in and out in about an hour and a half for alignment balancing tires and putting on tires. This was my first visit. I have been and bought from the Shepherdsville store. I interacted and joked with a couple employees. I bought 4 new tires and a front end alignment. The alignment made our van drive much better. The tires were quiet while going down the road. Treat me.half as nice in the future as you did today I will become a regular customer. 5 Stars

Very happy with the work big O does. Oscar got our flat tire taken care of today and short amount of time and call to let us know it’s done and it was great to deal with. Highly recommend and will be back.
