Stop reading reviews! Just go. They may not open the door exactly at 8 am but a minute or so after on a Monday and they are with it immediately. All the employees seem to get along great. It’s not a must have but it’s comforting. They are willing to go out of their way to save you some money. I was very impressed with the service/mechanic/customer interaction I observed, whether in-person or when they are on the phone. Basically I have a new vehicle repair shop outside of recalls that I take to the dealer. If I worked in the industry and wasn’t old as dirt I’d enjoy working here. I had a really good experience at Big O Tires. Made an online appointment to have the oil changed. They got the car right in and completed the process in about 45 minutes. The store was clean, the staff was professional. Would definitely recommend this location to friends.

Hunter and his team were GREAT!!! I was in a pinch on a tire leaking fast. They were able to get me in quickly and safely patch it to where my family and I could continue on with our day. I have been bringing my Family and business vehicles to Big O in Middletown on Shelbyville for at least 20 years now. Over the years they have provided great service. I totally trust David & Chris who have advised us in making decisions that were in our best interest. They always presented all the options and gave their opinion based on what they knew my needs and plans for the vehicle were. I've never ounce felt like I was being sold something I didn't need.

I always bring my car to Big O Tires in Middletown and am completely satisfied every time. They are very inclusive in the services they offer, the customer service is excellent, and their pricing is extremely fair.
