Big O Tires

First I want to say a huge thanks to Mark and Sonny for the incredible customer service. They went out of there way to explain the services and how it would benefit me. Mark was cool as ice and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need only recommend what the vehicle needed based off the tech’s inspection of the car. I got my tire replaced and other services related to the vehicle at a great price. I am the type of person that forgets if you don’t invest and cheap out on services the product won’t last long. With that being said i was only recommended the necessary and didn’t need to be upsold to get an unnecessary service. Overall it was an easy process and lasted around 1 hour which was quick. The store has water, a nice waiting area and bathrooms to include Ac which felt great. Thank you

Finally a place I can get all of my work done. I’ve needed tires and an alignment for soooo long! They do everything here! I worked with a wonderful woman named Samantha and she was great! Not only did she get me tires and the alignment but she also helped me with a full inspection of my car. She explained what everything ment and showed me my car up in the air and pointed out things to me. We now have a few scheduled appointments for the next couple of weeks to ensure my car is safe! Thank you big o tires Manteca and a special thanks to you Sam for helping me out! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
