Big O Tires

I had originally had gone to Dowdy’s due to my fuel pump quitting on me and ask them to replace my steering gear box. The supposedly replaced it but when I got the truck back I still had major slop and the steering wheel was clock at 10:00. Dropped my car off at Big O tires and David and Jordan were great, got the truck back and everything was done correctly and the price was cheaper than originally quoted. I’m super happy with not only the service but the recommendations David mentioned were spot on. Will definitely using them in the future. Thanks you guys!

Jordan S. helped us purchase our new snow tires. He had incredible options and helped guide us to the perfect set. He gave us probably the most detailed information on a set of tires ever, which I later confirmed with my own research. We will def be back and were treated very well and received quality work and products.

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that assisted me today but he was very pleasant. I know a little bit about cars but he really took the time to break it down for me and explained what was needed. After receiving less than satisfactory service at one of the other tire shops in the Nampa area I tried this Big O location on Caldwell Blvd. - have used this location exclusively for the last 3 years for changing winter / summer tires, new tire purchases and brake service. The staff is friendly, honest and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Had break alert pop up on my vehicle on a Saturday morning , I was able to make an appointment online , and they got it right it , called me within 30mins with an update on what was wrong, and they were able to fix it same day, within 2hrs total my vehicle was fixed. Everyone at this Big O Tires was so friendly and helpful ! We will be bringing all our vehicles here! Thank you!
