Big O Tires

Do not expect getting any service without completely getting ripped off I had went in to get my tire pressure monitoring system fixed and Logan recommended I had them flashed, turns out he says 2 of them are dead and will need all 4 replaced he wanted to charge me $90 dollars per sensor !! When a pack of 4 sensors is only $40 bucks online but it doesn’t just stop there the fee to attempt to reflash the old sensors is $44.64 almost $5 more dollars then just buying new sensors themselfs on top of a $45 dollar per wheel charge to instal them (understandable) on top of all this my struts he says are also bad needing replaced I seen the same bad buisness on the struts as he was trying to charge me $380 per strut (not OEM) by the way, in my research I found a pair of 2 struts online for only $16

Came in for a flat repair and was treated with absolute respect and kindness from the very beginning. The waiting room was warm and had fresh coffee with comfortable chairs to lounge in while they repaired my tire.

I always go to big o here in Oroville to ck air pressure they as always take time to help that's why I tip them Had my tires rotated today they checked everything in my car for me . The manager was personable. I've been going to Big O tires for years love them so far no bad experience

I called to make an appointment, but lucky for me they had an opening when I called and went straight in. I think the name of the man who helped was Logan. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful man. I came in planning on getting only my two front tires replace but he went on and measured my two back tires too and found it needs to be replaced as well. A week later my tire pressure light came on after getting new tires. So I called and he told to bring it right in so he could check it out. He instantly knew what was going on. The tire pressure wasn't too low, instead it was too high. Even though the tire pressure is the correct psi for the tires, but the sensor in my car thinks it's too high. The people here really care about customer service and they are always willing to work with you with a reasonable price. I have hada flat tire twice recently and they always take care of it for free!! I feel a sense of loyalty to them because they have always taken such good care of me!!!
