Big O Tires

The service was excellent, and the facility is equipped with modern equipment. I had a flat tire, and they fixed it promptly by removing the tire and applying a patch. I especially appreciated them providing a receipt and informing me that I could claim the cost through my rental car service—a valuable piece of information I was not aware of.

My truck had a noticeable shimmy. A technician came out to inspect it and looked at the front tires, then informed me they needed to be replaced. However, they didn’t have the appropriate tires in stock. I was then be charged $38 simply for the technician coming out and inspecting the vehicle.

Came in the day before to get a quote on tires/alignment. Was told to bring the quote back to get the service done at 8am. Schedule changed on my end and I didn’t get there until 9. Was told everything would be an hour. 2 kids and I walked across the street to kill time and went back about 45 minutes later. Waited until almost 11 am, and asked about how much longer because my grandson had a game. I was told they needed another hour: I asked if my truck would drive like crap if I didn’t get the alignment done, he shrugged his shoulders and said idk, probably. In this time, other customers came in and waited long enough to be irritated. Absolutely fantastic crew there. We came in on a long distance trip from florida traveling around the country. Our truck was in need of an emergency alignment because it was destroying a tire. Jimmy got me in and got my truck straight so we could continue our journey around the country. Much appreciation to the whole crew!!

Near closing time I came to Big O to get some air in my tire, this young gentleman did not hesitate to unravel the air hose and put air in my tire. When I got off work, I saw my driver side tire needed air. Thank you! I'm coming back at 7am to get my tire fixed. It's the little things that count and I appreciate they were very helpful regardless that I showed up 10 mins to closing. Great customer service thank you!
