Big O Tires

Purchased tires and installation on 1/2/26 when home for the holidays. The Tires vibrate like crazy. There are dots on the tire that mark the heavy spot of the tire. This was installed next to the valve stem (opposite of how its supposed to be installed) they tried to correct this with lots of wheel weights. Took me a while to notice something was wrong. I live in san diego and will need to take time off work, find another big-o location and wait around while they correct this negligent mistake. Yes you said this would be covered for free but what about my time? Shouldn’t a tire specialist know how to install it correctly the first time? Lame. I brought in my Mercedes-Benz EQE 350+ due to a low tire pressure issue, and the team was polite, honest, and extremely professional from the moment I arrived. Even though they were busy, they understood my urgency and took my car in immediately. They inspected the tire, explained the issue clearly, fixed it the right way, and charged a very reasonable amount. They never tried to upsell anything unnecessary—just honest service done with care. I'd trust these guys to babysit my kids! They always keep their estimates, finish fast, keep the car clean, and offer little extras like offering to find online coupons and discounts that may apply. A pristine waiting room with snacks and comfy chairs await if you decide to wait. Friendly staff and neighborly care - who'd have thought?

These guys are great; they do more than tires. Their customer service is great and they communicate with the customer very well. I'm so glad I found a place I can trust with our cars. Jim is a great guy. Keep it up, Big O Tires.

I want to give a huge thank you to Josh and his team at Big O Tires Pleasanton. They helped me in a pinch and made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. These guys are extremely courteous and show utmost professionalism with my every visit, regardless of the scale of my issue. This has been my go to place for all of my vehicle related issues and I will definitely be coming back!
