Big O Tires

I had such a great experience at Big O Tires today! I came in with a nail in my tire (never what you want when you’ve got a busy day), and they made the whole thing so easy. Oscar at the front greeted me right away and was super friendly and helpful from the start. The guys who worked on my tire were just as kind — they got the nail out quickly and had me back on the road in no time. As a busy mom, I really appreciate places that are efficient, honest, and just genuinely nice to deal with, and this team was all of that. It’s so nice to know there are still businesses that take care of people this well. Definitely recommend!

Ive been going here for over 5 years, always use a coupon that are easily accessible. Oscar is the new manager and genuinely tries to give you the best deal. I've experienced technicians here try to tell me something is wrong when both second and third opinions are completely opposite. You can recognize when one wants to scam another, Oscar is here to omit that.

Be aware !!!!! This place is a rip your off especially if your a women ….. or at least they just think that we don’t know I don’t know all I know is this was my first time ever going here I went for an oil change. I guess they were checking my car out for about 35 minutes. Then the man calls me up to the front and he says well your car is not ready yet , but I wanted to let you know that your tires are brand new and look good but , and here comes the BUT ! of course I knew something. He proceeded to tell your tires are cupping and it’s so bad that it’s ripping the rubber off your tires and it’s really bad!!!! The customer service is fantastic; I take all my vehicles to this specific shop and I’ve never had issues. They are honest and their quality of work is great. Anthony, the manager, is very professional and respectful. I’d highly recommend this location for any services. The coupons are definitely a bonus.

Mark went above and beyond helping me out! Repaired my 2 tires I stupidly used fix a flat in when he could have required me to purchase 2 new tires since fix a flat RUINS your tires! Argh! He scraped out residue from 2 tires and repaired my tires for free! Right after Christmas, I was gonna have to charge some new tires after replacing them in September. I'm so thankful thank you mark!
