Big O Tires

I had a great experience at Big O. Exceptional service, honest, and affordable. They replaced my tires and struts, they finished a larger job than they expected in a short amount of time. The representative helping me, Greg, even stayed after the store closed to help me make sure to get my car the same day. I will be coming here for all of my tire needs.

Took my truck here on the 14th for an alignment, I had a Groupon from the tire place that was there before big o tires bought them out and talked to Sonny over the phone which he told me they would honor it still, I made the drive and I hope I have his name right but KJ, helped me out at the counter and was really cool then Christy helped get my Groupon pulled up and made sure it was good. After that I decided to hang out while my alignment was being done and KJ & Christy definitely made sure I was comfortable hanging out, they offered coffee, snacks and even sparked some convos to help the time fly by. I will only come here for my car needs. I love the convenient location in central midtown and the service is even better. I came into today and was promptly greeted and had my needs priced and assessed within 5 minutes. I was even offered an uber ride back home for the wait time so I didn't have to stay on location during my oil change. Small hiccup happened upon pick up and Big O Tires immediately explained it in detail and made it work for me financially without batting an eye. Husband and I went to check on a nail in his rear drivers side tire. The tire needed to be replaced because of the location of the nail. My husband had just purchased all four tires from a different big o tires location in Folsom in October, 2-3 months ago. They are all under replacement warranty. He was told his original tire wasn't available for three days. The worker said they had another one. He signed a paper with a zero dollar total. We left at 9:30am from the tire shop.
