Big O Tires

Huge and grateful shout out to the fabulous manager and crew of Big O Tires in San Clemente on PCH!!!! I stopped by to pay for new tires for my son. I neglected to put my car in park and proceeded to get out. As my car began to roll forward my daughter in the car started screaming break, break!!! I jumped back in the car and slammed on my brakes and these pictures above are the end result. When I landed there was actually a white truck on the street directly in front of my car that I missed by 6 inches when I breaked. Thank you to Mark and the crew! I came in late in the day for a flat tire repair, but it turned out my tread was dangerously low. Even though it was right before closing, they went above and beyond—putting on two new tires and getting me out the door just in time. No one made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, they were friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly so I’d have my car ready for the weekend. Huge thanks to Big O San Clemente!

I had a wheel alignment and mount/balance service done for my 2019 RAM ProMaster and was charged $239.99. By big o tire Unfortunately, my vehicle continued to shake immediately after the service. The very next day, I took it to another shop, where they corrected the issue for $150.
