I am very grateful for the work done on my Mazda on Dec 9th. All the associates were great, and the mechanic, ( DH) who worked on my brakes, put on the new tires on and did the alignment is clearly extremely good. They have an entire staff of expert mechanics who can diagnose and repair just about anything. Plus, they offer free wheel alignment check. My car has never rode better.

Be careful if you are on a tight schedule. The sales rep at this shop told me service would take two hours and, though they were busy, assured I’d be out in a max of three. It ended up taking over five hours, and wasn’t even finished at the shop’s closing time. I understand that the shop was busy and delays happen, but the rep deliberately overpromised and was dishonest with me about the timeline throughout the whole experience, which caused me to miss an important family event. It felt like they would’ve said anything just to get my business, rather than being up front. They did give me a substantial discount, but this wasn’t enough to account for the pain caused, and also made me question why the service was so overpriced to begin with (over $400 for transmission fluid change).
