Sandra is an amazing employee. The rest of the team is excellent as well. I made an appointment online, brought my car in, got my tire replaced quickly. Sandra even had to order me a specialty tire and STILL got me back on the road. The team members work VERY hard, but are still very kind in person. Sandra even took care to get my tire in at an affordable rate. I'm SUPER happy with my experience.

Good service. At the end, they tried to kept my rim covers so had to go for them but surprise they put the lead outside of the rim. Great. And the wheel drive off. Thank you.

Appreciate the experience I had today at Big O Tire. I was greeted right away. I was able to get an explanation of what would be done to check my tire and the process. The costs were explained to me up front and if further service was needed. I was in and out within 30 minutes or so and had a great experience. This is my second time going to this location and will go here again.
