DO NOT go to this location. If you do, ask for Terrance at the front an NOT Jesus!! Terrance is great. Brought my car in for a scheduled appointment on 1/6/26 @ 10am. Got it back on 1/7/26 around 3pm. No work done. No tire ordered. Long story. Colossal waste of my time not to mention Ubering costs at my expense from & to the shop. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else where you, your car & your time are valued & appreciated!!

I’ve been going to Big O Tires for about 12 years now, and they’ve never let me down. Adam helped me over the phone this time, and as always, Brad took great care of me in person. They fixed my tire and secured the splash guard under my car quickly and efficiently. Everyone there is friendly, honest, and dependable — they always make sure I leave feeling safe and taken care of. It’s rare to find a shop that consistently delivers such great service year after year, but this team really does. Thanks again to Adam, Brad, and the crew for always going above and beyond!

Fleur is literally the best decision Big O Tires made! She is super helpful and knowledgeable!!! I had to replace my tire on my car once again. I called this location and she was the one to help me out over the phone. She was able to order my tire and have it there within a couple of hours to make sure I wasn’t driving around with a hole in my tire. I’ve always been skeptical of tire shops or mechanics in general. But having a girl work there and help me out eased my tension so much! Definitely call and ask for her for all of your needs! She will make it happen!

I came in because I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched or replaced. While checking my car, the mechanic pulled me aside with two other mechanics and told me I needed a new wheel bearing on a completely different tire. They showed me the tire “wiggling” to prove it was bad—but I quickly realized two of the four lug bolts were undone, which is why it was moving. I didn’t appreciate being surrounded by three people while they tried to pressure me into paying for unnecessary repairs. It felt very manipulative and intimidating, especially as a woman who isn't an expert but knows enough about cars to recognize when something’s off. I went somewhere else afterward and only my original tire needed attention. They didn't say a thing about any wheel bearing replacement. Be careful here an
