Big O Tires

My new “go to” service center in the east valley and the first choice I’d make for complete vehicle upkeep… not just tires! Joey Legault (store manager) and his crew have done a great job assessing my vehicle needs (01/09/2025) and getting me back on the road in a very short time (given the number of things that they addressed) all for a reasonable price. Oh, and they have a top-notch customer lounge with amenities galore! TGIF INDEED and Cheers, Y’all!

Took my 2003 Ford Explorer in for 4 wheel alignment and everything was done in 30 minutes. Awesome service. Awesome place. I especially LOVE my Discovery AT3 tires on my 2017 Nissan Titan. Great customer service and a quick service time! Got all four of my tires changed today and took a little over an hour. Had friendly staff that offered water, donuts, popcorn and coffee making the wait relaxing. El personal también habla español!

Got oil changes done for our Mazda 3 and Ford F150. Mostly worked with Marcus, and he was very friendly from the start. His communication was thorough, provided me all my options for further maintenance, educated me on any questions, and was very honest and transparent. Pricing was very fair for the oil change in comparison to other places I’ve visited. All in all, it was a great experience.

I seem to be a magnet for things that puncture the sidewalls of my tires. This has happened twice now since 20230901. Anyways, I needed to have this situation addressed on a Sunday. Enter Jacob at Big O Tires in San Tan Valley, AZ. He got me in and had his crew R&R a full set of tires on my 2019 F-150. Very happy with the new treads and even like the look better than the previous set. Plus, I now have road hazard protection so I only have to pay for labor in the event this happens again. I am very pleased with the outcome and would suggest Jacob and Big O to others in the area.
