Our rear wheels that Big O Tires had set a few months back fell off as we were turning onto the highway entrance—an incredibly dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. Big O Tires refused to take accountability for their work and even charged us to fix the damage. The vehicle belongs to a local nonprofit that directly serves the community, yet they showed no understanding or integrity in handling the situation. I am appalled by their unethical and unprofessional business practices. Update: Our vehicle was serviced at other shops, but they did not touch the wheels ever. The only record we have of the wheels being worked on is at Big O’s. As you can see in the picture of the bolt, the threading shows clear shines of rubbing that would take about 6 months to do if installed inco

The team in Big O Tires has the best customer service. I bought a set of tires before the winter started and couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service. Today, I called and asked them what was the cost to fix a flat tire. Not only was it free but they took me in 30 minutes before they close and got it done. I highly recommend coming to this place for your tire needs.
