Big O Tires

I had a great experience at Big O Tires! I recently purchased a set of four tires, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. Excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or service!

They are amazing. They are so kind so understanding they blessed me so much. Each time I go, they are so polite and they help me and they understand me, they listen to me, they let me show them what's wrong with my car. They let me explain things, and then they give me a great price. Oh my goodness they blessed me!!!! Those workers need a raise!!!

Excellent experience! Went in today for an unusual issue with my tires. Grant, Harley, and Maddie were super knowledgeable and helpful walking us through all our options. Got us taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I called Big O in Sedalia,Mo after being told by another tire center that it would be over 3 hours wait for my spare to be put on, so I could make the hour trip home. They told me to come right over they got me in as soon as I got there and even though I had my dog with me they allowed us both to stay in their lobby so we could stay warm. I appreciate your speedy service and how for now cost at all you checked my fluids and sent me on my way. I've always had good service here and anytime I'm in the area with a tire issue I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Big O!!!

Grant was amazing great customer Service good pricing for the job. Had issues with management knowledge about vehicles. But grant is one of the best service representatives I’ve seen.
