Big O is the best. We've been long time customers wherever we've lived. ALWAYS get the road hazard warranty! It's worth the extra money. The store in Snyder, TX went above and beyond to help us replace a tire using our road hazard warranty! They were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful on our journey. Every employee went above and beyond. Note: Corporate has changed things up a bit, now, when using the road warranty you will have to pay disposal, warranty on your new tire and labor but your tire will be ordered and replaced. Go Big O!

Amazing service! I was stranded between Post and Snyder with a flat tire the day after Christmas. My husband called Big O and spoke to Eldon Scott who sent Elijah to my location with a new tire. He changed the tire and had me follow him to Big O in Snyder where they balanced the tire. They stayed after closing hours to service my car, which was greatly appreciated. Eldon, Elijah, and the manager, Ricky Luna all went out of their way to help me after being stranded for over two hours. I cannot say enough good things about Big O in Snyder and the service they provided. Eldon, Elijah, and Ricky…thank you so much! So far, I've been up there the past couple of days. Once for an inspection on the used car I just bought, the second time for an oil change. I still have work I need to get done, that I will be returning to them for. They are super friendly and have a comfortable environment. When it came to my vehicle they were very informative and handled my car with care. 🫶🏼 You are all doing great!

I went in for an oil change before going on a trip. When I got back I noticed there was an oil spot in the drive way and there’s never been one before. I looked under the car and noticed oil dripping from the filter. I wiped it off and was able to tighten the filter another half a round by hand. I popped the hood and the dipstick was never put back in. I didn’t notice any issues after I fixed what I found but yesterday I noticed a burning smell after driving and looked under the car and it was leaking oil again. Now I’m worried the drain plug was cross threaded or not installed properly. Great job! You did an oil change and messed up in every part. Surprised oil even made it in the car.

They are great people they took a loss and helped me with my bill on un expected expenses when my truck broke down needed whole new front alignment parts on 2005 silerado z71 had me up on road in couple days truck runs brand new with new tires as well thank you all for blessings
